The evening features a rare retrospective journey through Blackbird’s most iconic wines, each course thoughtfully paired with a special large-format bottle selected from the estate’s library. Chef Gerry Castro will craft a multi-course culinary experience that highlights the depth, nuance and evolution of these celebrated wines.
