Join St. Supéry Estate Vineyards & Winery CEO Emma Swain and Vice President of Winemaking & Vineyards Michael Scholz for a memorable evening of wine, cuisine and conversation. Your evening will begin with a reception in the winery’s gallery, followed by an intimate al fresco meal in the serene tree-lined courtyard. Guests will enjoy a decadent multi-course dinner prepared by St. Supéry Estate Chef Vincent Sanchez and Chef Jean-Baptiste Depons of Château Canon and Château Rauzan-Ségla. Dinner will be paired with wines from both châteaus and a selection of St. Supéry 100% estate wines. The field-to-fork menu will be created to further enhance the sense of place captured by each wine that is shared around the table.
