Your evening will begin with sparkling wine and caviar and a tour of the stunning caves, where Priyanka and Consulting Winemaker Celia Welch craft Signorello’s lauded Padrone Cabernet Sauvignon and Hope’s Cuveé Chardonnay. A prominent local chef will pair a multi-course meal with magnums of Hope’s Cuvee and Padrone from Ray’s favorite vintages from the 1990s and 2000s.
