Indulge in an evening based on dishes from antiquity, created by a private chef to pair with wines from Perliss Estate, Pott Wines and Mythical as winemaker Aaron Pott and winegrower Anthony Perliss share the stories behind the wines.
Perliss Estate has been using terracotta amphorae in their winemaking for a decade. This original method will naturally enhance the cuisine of Ancient Greece and Rome.
Among other wines, the evening will feature SNAKESKIN, a skin-contact white wine, and CORVUS PACIFICUM, a Cabernet Sauvignon inspired by a Roman recipe, providing visceral insight into how emperors feasted.
